In a pan, heat the olive oil and fry the sausage pieces on both sides. Remove the sausage and add the bacon and onions to the pan and fry for 5 minutes. Add garlic and red pepper and stir. To that, add the tomatoes and chicken broth together with the sausages and allow to boil for about 10 minutes with a closed lid. Finally, add the vegetables and parsley and cook for another 10 minutes.
